1. Organiser
This promotion is organised by WonderBubz.
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens on Friday, 6 Nov 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Irish time on Sunday, 29 Nov 2026.
Purchases and competition entries must both be completed within this period. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.
- The promotion applies only to purchases of the Guidecraft Kitchen Helper made directly through www.wonderbubz.com during the promotion period.
- Purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces are not eligible.
4. How to enter
To enter the draw, participants must:
- Purchase a Guidecraft Kitchen Helper from WonderBubz during the promotion period.
- Visit the official WonderBubz Instagram promotion Reel.
- Leave a comment tagging at least one friend who they think would love a Guidecraft Kitchen Helper.
The comment must be made using the participant’s own Instagram account.
Each Guidecraft Kitchen Helper purchased earns one entry, provided the entry requirements above are fulfilled. Where multiple Kitchen Helpers are purchased, participants may submit a separate qualifying comment for each Kitchen Helper purchased.
Tagging additional friends does not generate additional entries.
Participants must retain their order confirmation, as proof of purchase may be requested to validate an entry.
5. The prize
One winner will be selected at random and will receive a full refund of the amount paid for one Guidecraft Kitchen Helper, including the full delivery charge paid on the original order.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The time taken for the refund to appear in the winner’s account may vary depending on their bank or payment provider.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or the email address associated with their order within five working days of the draw.
The winner must respond within five calendar days of being contacted. If no response is received within this period, WonderBubz reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
WonderBubz may request proof of purchase and confirmation of eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. General conditions
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned before the draw are not eligible.
- WonderBubz reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- WonderBubz reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The winner’s first name and county may be shared on WonderBubz social media channels, subject to the winner’s consent.
8. Instagram disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.
9. Personal information
Personal information will be used only for the administration of this promotion, including verifying entries and contacting the winner. It will be handled in accordance with WonderBubz’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Ireland.
